I found a really great tasting energy protein powder drink at Natural Grocers, It's called SPIRU-TEIN by Natures plus. It comes in a few flavors, mine is Banana. It's a great source for protein and if you're like me and not a big breakfast eater, this will get your day off to a great start.
* If it says all natural,that does not mean it's gluten free!

So please be very carefull when ordering food at resturants and ask questiions if the waiter does not know the answer the manger should know or you can ask to talk to one of the cooks. You should not have to be placed inside a bubble because of this disorder.
